“ Wanted good food coming into Harrisburg. Found this truck. Everything tasted homemade. Highlights were the cornbread and crab cakes. I usually don’t like crab cake, but it was possibly the best I ever had. Corn bread was to-die-for. Everyone liked the brisket (coming from Texas, we are picky) He gave us a sample of Mac n cheese. It was 100% like scratch made and melt in your mouth. The sauce and cabbage were a little salty for me, but overall impressive dinner that tasted like Louisiana and the south. Would go again to try more options. ”
“ 5 stars across the board! Omg. I was craving soul food & being in Harrisburg surprised to see the food looking so good. I called, he said 8 minutes & made sure I had the right address. When I got there it was ready, hot & my bag was heavyyy. I got the catfish platter for $22 & it was a good amount of fish about 3-4 nice pieces. Also comes with cornbread & a nice amount of what taste like a Cajun sauce for the fish. Greens were good no doubt, personally I like little more flavor/tang to mine like vinegar/garlic etc but everybody doesn’t, & you can fix up what you want so that’s no issue. Mac was great! Didn’t get clumpy after time sitting out. It was creamy & cheesy. Perfectly in the middle of not too runny & not too thick. The portions are hugeee, I was hungry & couldn’t even eat more than a few bites of each before I fell asleep. Could defintely share between 2-3 people. I ate it around lunch, some for dinner & breakfast today before I left town. I’ll be back. ”
